• ملفات التصميم والأعمال الفنية المرفوعة لأغراض الطباعة

• باركـ / لالاموف — تنفيذ التوصيل
• البنية التحتية السحابية المعتمدة — حفظ البيانات بأمان على خوادم مشفّرة

مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُحفظ سجلات الطلبات لمدة 7 سنوات وفقًا للأنظمة التجارية السعودية. تُحذف بيانات الحساب خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ طلب الإلغاء.

• Payment details — processed securely by our Saudi Central Bank (SAMA)-licensed payment gateway; we do not store card numbers
• Design files and artwork uploaded for print production

• Processing your orders and issuing ZATCA-compliant e-invoices
• Coordinating delivery with logistics partners
• Order status notifications and customer support
• Improving our services using aggregated, non-identifiable usage data

Third-Party Sharing

Your data is shared only with parties necessary to fulfill our service:

• Saudi Central Bank (SAMA)-licensed payment gateway partners — payment processing
• BARQ / Lalamove — Delivery coordination
• Certified cloud infrastructure — secure encrypted data storage

Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years per Saudi commercial regulations. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

أهلية الاستخدام

الطلبات والأسعار

• جميع الأسعار شاملة لضريبة القيمة المضافة (15%) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك
• يُعدّ الطلب ملزمًا بعد إتمام الدفع وتأكيده
• نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار على المنتجات غير المطلوبة دون إشعار مسبق

الملكية الفكرية

• تحتفظ بالملكية الكاملة لملفات التصميم والأعمال الفنية المرفوعة
• بتحميل ملفاتك، تمنح printa (برنتا) ترخيصًا محدودًا للطباعة لغرض تنفيذ طلبك فحسب
• تقع على عاتقك وحدك مسؤولية التأكد من امتلاكك حقوق استخدام المحتوى المرسل

سلوك محظور

يُحظر استخدام المنصة لطباعة محتوى مخالف لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، أو محتوى يشتمل على انتهاك لحقوق الملكية الفكرية لأطراف ثالثة.

القانون المطبق والاختصاص القضائي

يحكم هذه الشروط نظام التجارة الإلكترونية والأنظمة والتشريعات المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم التجارية في مدينة الرياض بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو يتعلق بها.

By using printa's website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, or hold legal capacity to enter into contracts. Service is currently available within Riyadh city only.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are inclusive of 15% VAT unless otherwise stated
• An order becomes binding upon successful payment confirmation
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing on unplaced orders without prior notice

Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of the design files and artwork you upload
• By uploading your files, you grant printa a limited license solely for producing your order
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold rights to any content submitted for printing

Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to print content that violates Saudi law or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the Saudi E-Commerce Law and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Commercial Courts of Riyadh (established under Royal Decree M/93) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these terms.

نلتزم بأحكام نظام التجارة الإلكترونية في المملكة العربية السعودية (المرسوم الملكي م/126 لعام 1440هـ) ونظام حماية المستهلك.

حق الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام

وفقًا لنظام التجارة الإلكترونية (المرسوم الملكي م/126) ولوائحه التنفيذية، يحق للمستهلك إعادة المنتج واسترداد المبلغ المدفوع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام دون الحاجة إلى إبداء الأسباب.

استثناء المطبوعات المخصصة

المنتجات المطبوعة وفق مواصفات أو تصميمات خاصة بالمستخدم — وتشمل جميع منتجات printa (برنتا) — مُستثناةٌ من حق الاسترجاع التلقائي وفقًا للائحة التنفيذية لنظام التجارة الإلكترونية التي تُعفي المنتجات المُعدَّة خصيصًا وفق مواصفات المستهلك.

الاسترجاع بسبب عيب في الإنتاج

في حال وجود خلل في الطباعة أو عدم مطابقة المواصفات المتفق عليها، نتكفل بأحد الخيارين التاليين حسب اختيارك:

• إعادة طباعة كاملة بدون أي تكلفة إضافية
• استرداد كامل للمبلغ المدفوع

آلية استرداد المبالغ

تُعاد المبالغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية (مدى أو بطاقة الائتمان) خلال 5–7 أيام عمل.

We comply with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126, 2019) and the Consumer Protection Law.

7-Day Return Right

Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126, 2019) and its implementing regulations, consumers have the right to return products and receive a full refund within 7 days of receipt without needing to provide a reason.

Custom Printed Products Exception

Products printed to the customer's specific designs or specifications — which includes all printa products — are exempt from the automatic return right under the E-Commerce Law's implementing regulations, which exclude products prepared to the consumer's own specifications.

Returns Due to Production Defects

If your order contains a printing defect or does not match the agreed specifications, we will provide one of the following at your choice:

• A full reprint at no additional cost
• A full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (Mada or credit card) within 5–7 business days.

نوفر خدمة التوصيل حاليًا داخل مدينة الرياض فقط.

مواعيد التوصيل

• التوصيل العادي: 3–5 أيام عمل من تاريخ اعتماد النموذج الأولي
• التوصيل السريع: 24–48 ساعة (حسب التوافر ونوع المنتج)

تبدأ مهلة التوصيل من تاريخ اعتماد النموذج الأولي (Proof Approval)، وليس من تاريخ تقديم الطلب.

شركاء التوصيل

نعتمد على شركة باركـ (BARQ) كشريك لوجستي رئيسي، ولالاموف (Lalamove) كخيار ثانوي، مع سائقين داخليين في حالات بعينها.

تتبع الطلب

ستتلقى رسالة نصية على جوالك ورسالة بريد إلكتروني تتضمن رابط التتبع فور إرسال شحنتك. كما يمكنك متابعة طلبك مباشرةً من لوحة التحكم على we‑print.net.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from proof approval
• Express delivery: 24–48 hours (subject to availability and product type)

Delivery timelines begin from the date of proof approval, not the date of order placement.

We use BARQ as our primary logistics partner, Lalamove as secondary, and in-house drivers for select cases.
