How long does printing and delivery take?
Most orders are printed within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery across Riyadh is same-day to next-day after production, and 2–4 business days for other cities in Saudi Arabia. Exact timing is shown on each product page.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG. For best results upload a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI with CMYK colour and 3mm bleed. Our automatic preflight check will flag common issues before you order.
I don't have a designer. Can you help?
Yes. You can hire a printa designer directly from the upload page, or request a custom quote and we'll match you to a specialist. Design starts at 150 SAR depending on complexity.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product — business cards start at 100 pieces, flyers at 50, stickers at 25. Exact minimums and bulk discounts are listed on each product page.
Do you provide VAT-compliant invoices?
Yes. Every order includes a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice with your VAT number if provided at checkout. Business billing is available in the payment step.
Can I make changes after uploading my file?
Yes — upload a replacement file any time before your order enters production. Once printing starts, the file is locked.
